Randomized MAC Address Detected

Your device is currently using a randomized MAC address, which may prevent you from connecting.

To disable this feature, please follow these steps:

• For Android: Go to Settings > Network & internet > Wi-Fi > [Your Network] > Advanced > MAC Address Type and select "Phone MAC."


• For iOS: Go to Settings > Wi-Fi > [Your Network] > toggle off "Private Address."


• For Windows: Go to Settings > Network & internet > Wi-Fi > Hardware properties > toggle off "Random hardware addresses."
